Not only does the Borough Employee receive relief but the Borough Resident does as well. Gone are the days of fishing around the website trying to find the specific application, page, answer you are looking for. Simply click on the Button in the bottom right of the homepage and ask away. Plus, there are no days off for the Al Chat and Search, so if a resident is having an issue over a holiday or weekend this feature might be able to provide them with a solution on demand whereas they would normally have to wait until Monday to receive a call back. Not only that it can converse with the resident in six different languages!
