Frank Pannucci, Jr. is a seasoned municipal administrator with extensive experience across all levels of government. He currently serves as the Borough Administrator for Point Pleasant, New Jersey, where he oversees daily operations and implements policies that enhance community well-being and municipal efficiency.
Frank holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Seton Hall University. He is also certified as a Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA) and Registered Municipal Clerk (RMC), reflecting his comprehensive expertise in public administration and governance.
