New Features

Multi-Language Support

We have added support for 7 new languages, expanding our global reach and enhancing accessibility for users worldwide. The chatbot now supports a total of 13 languages, enabling a more inclusive experience.

Toggle for Chat Window Size

Users now have the option to toggle the chat window size according to their preferences, providing a more customizable and user-friendly interface.

Feedback Capture

A new feature has been integrated to capture user feedback after each interaction. Users can now like or dislike the responses they receive, allowing us to continuously improve the chatbot’s performance based on user input.

Text-to-Voice Conversion

Users can now listen to responses received from the chatbot with the newly implemented text-to-voice feature, providing a hands-free and interactive experience.

Voice-to-Text Input

Users can now ask questions via audio input, and the chatbot will process and respond to the query with text-based answers, enhancing convenience and accessibility.

Voice Input Language Detection

The chatbot now automatically detects the language of the user’s voice input and responds in the same language, offering a more seamless and natural interaction experience.

Smart Recommendations

The AI now provides tailored suggestions based on user queries and historical data, further improving the user experience by offering contextually relevant and personalized responses.

Suggested Questions on Welcome Screen

Known Issues

Language Change Inconsistency

Occasionally, when switching between languages, some chat content may not fully convert, and small pieces of the conversation may be left out. We are actively working on a fix to ensure full content conversion during language transitions.
