Donna Roberts is a dynamic leader in data strategy, analytics, process improvement, and training. As Chief Data and Analytics Officer at TechForGov, she advances the organization’s mission to empower government agencies and municipalities through innovation and technology. Donna specializes in designing data strategies that improve transparency, optimize public sector operations, and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities.
Since 2020, Donna has served as a Councilwoman for the Borough of Sayreville, New Jersey, demonstrating her dedication to public service and community improvement.
Her career includes serving as Vice President of Technical Training and Writer for Disaster Recovery and Technology Infrastructure at MUFG, where she led technical training and disaster recovery initiatives. She has also held roles at Dow Jones, Bell South, and worked as an independent training consultant.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Saint Joseph’s University and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Her expertise and passion for leveraging technology reflect TechForGov’s mission to enhance governance and drive operational excellence.
