About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic AI Solutions Architect to design and implement advanced AI-driven solutions for local governments, towns, and municipalities. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable and secure AI architectures that enhance public sector operations, from data integration to automation and predictive analytics. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver AI-powered solutions tailored to the needs of local government agencies.
- Lead the architecture and deployment of scalable AI models and applications in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing public sector systems.
- Identify opportunities for AI implementation in process automation, data analysis, and citizen engagement.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and technologies for project execution.
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant with data privacy regulations, and optimized for performance.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to demonstrate the value of AI initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and technologies to drive innovation in public sector projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams on AI best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and implementation.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, NLP, computer vision, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in AI development tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of data integration, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI services.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Familiarity with public sector compliance standards and data security practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage technical teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering AI solutions for local governments or public sector organizations.
- Knowledge of government data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI services and Power Platform solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI/ML technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect).
